The domain name gori.co is owned by Gorilla Growth Impact Ventures and may not be used in connection with content, products, or services that are not owned by it, nor in a manner that could cause confusion among users or discredit Gorilla.

For the purposes of this Legal Notice, "User" means any person who accesses the Site, sends an inquiry or email, or completes the contact or waitlist form.

Corporate purpose: Gorilla Growth Impact Ventures is developing a smart home energy management system (hardware and software). As of this version, the Site is in a pre-launch phase: its sole function is to provide information about the project and to collect early access (waitlist) registrations and contact inquiries, with no online contracting of products or services yet in place. This Legal Notice will be expanded once the product (app and hardware) is commercially available.

2. Purpose

This Legal Notice sets out the terms and conditions governing access to, browsing of, and use of the Site, as well as the liabilities arising from such use. Mere access to the Site, the completion of forms, or the sending of inquiries implies unreserved acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy, whereby the User acquires such status.

  • Access to the Site is free of charge, except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network of the access provider contracted by the User.

  • Mere access to the Site does not imply the establishment of any link or business relationship between Gorilla and the User. Information about the product is for informational purposes only, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The User agrees to make diligent, correct, and lawful use of the Site, refraining from:

  • Using it for purposes that infringe the legitimate rights of third parties.

The Site is currently in a pre-launch phase; information about the product, its features, and expected dates may change until the commercial launch.

Gorilla shall not be liable for damages arising from improper use of the Site by the User, from breach of the law or of this Legal Notice, or from damages caused by the malfunctioning of third-party websites that may be linked from the Site.

6. Termination of access

Gorilla may, at its discretion, deny, suspend, or block access to the Site for Users who breach this Legal Notice, without prior notice and without giving rise to any right to compensation.

7. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Site (texts, images, designs, trademarks, logos, source code, navigation structure, databases, and other elements) is owned by Gorilla Growth Impact Ventures S.L. or by third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected by Spanish and EU intellectual and industrial property regulations. Its reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, or extraction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is prohibited.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the Courts and Tribunals of Oviedo (Asturias), corresponding to the registered office of Gorilla Growth Impact Ventures S.L., without prejudice to the jurisdiction that legally corresponds to consumers and users under their protective regulations, which may under no circumstances be altered by this clause.

Gorilla reserves the right to amend this Legal Notice to adapt it to legislative or case-law developments or to changes to the Site. Amendments shall be effective upon publication on this same page.
